By placing an order with Homely Vend, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. You will be notified before any charge if a price discrepancy is discovered.

Payment

Payment is required in full before goods are dispatched. We accept card, bank transfer and Pay on Delivery (Lagos only). Pay on Delivery orders must be settled in cash at the point of delivery.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the order at delivery.

Returns & Refunds

See our Returns Policy for full details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Warranty

Products carry manufacturer warranties as detailed on each product page and in our Warranty Information page. Warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse.

Limitation of Liability

Homely Vend is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products purchased. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant item.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
